Sales Agreement/Deposit Placement Request
Pups are $1,500.00 + shipping (if necessary). A $500.00 deposit is required in order to hold a pick. With certain breedings, male pups will be sold with 2 stud services back to Atomic American Bulldogs. All arrangements will be taken care of by Atomic American Bulldogs. Any costs will be paid by Atomic American Bulldogs.
Without exception, all our breeding stock will always be Penn-HIP certified (better then the breeds median) or OFA certified ("EXCELLENT" or "GOOD") Pups are sold on a first come first serve basis with no extra cost for first pick male or female. All pups will be thoroughly socialized from day one, and registered by the Johnson American Bulldog Registry (JABREG). We guarantee all our Bulldogs from genetic defects with an available replacement pup from any of our next planned breedings (buyers choice). We guarantee that the hips of the Bulldogs we produce will be free of DJD, score at, or better then the Penn-HIP median, and/or pass OFA evaluation. Our guarantee is for 2 years, however, this guarantee is VOID if the Bulldog under this contract produces offspring.
1. The balance of puppy purchase will be due when the pups are 4 weeks of age. Puppy must be paid in full, and will not be released to new owners until funds have cleared our bank account.
2. Puppy will arrive healthy, well socialized, with all health records, registration papers and guaranteed for 14 days against contagious or infectious disease from date of purchase.
3. Puppies must be examined by your veterinarian within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied, return the puppy and we will replace it with a puppy of equal or greater value. Seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills occurred after 48 hours.
4. We guarantee all the puppies we produce to be free of congenital defects for two years. If puppy is diagnosed with congenital defect, it will be replaced. This guarantee is VOID if the Bulldog under this contract produces offspring.
5. If animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer. Legal action will incur if necessary.
6. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are non-refundable. Buyers can move a deposit to a different litter if need be. However, if a breeding is unsuccessful, or if not enough pups are produced in a litter on which a deposit has been placed, Atomic American Bulldogs will gladly refund deposits, or move the deposits to another litter at the buyer request.
7. Atomic American Bulldogs guarantees all American Bulldogs we produce will match its registered parents DNA profiles.
